Rules for creators and visitors.

• Creators must be 18+, create or claim their own profile and link only accounts they run. Agencies need a documented mandate from each creator.
• Partner sites are optional. Nothing from an OFKO page is published anywhere else unless the creator switches it on in the Studio, separately for each partner site (today sinzerce.com and sinzerce.cz, operated by the same company). The choice is logged (who, when, which site, which version of the description); switching it off removes the partner page and stops further updates. These Terms are not a consent to any partner publication.
• Unclaimed cards are editorial catalog entries created from the creator’s own public pages (public professional name, link to the original account, source and date of check, suggested topics; never photos, bios or contact details), are labelled as unclaimed, never create an account or any consent on the creator’s behalf, are never published on partner sites, and are corrected or removed within one working day on request from the creator.
• Cards and hubs on ofko.eu must be suitable for all audiences. Age‑restricted destinations are allowed as labelled links only.
• No fake accounts, no impersonation, no leaked or non‑consensual material, no illegal content. Violations lead to removal and, where required, reporting.
• Short links may point only to lawful destinations; OFKO may block a destination at any time for safety reasons.
• The free core listed on the pricing page is free. Optional paid services may be offered later; their price and rules are published before they start and nothing is charged without your explicit order. Founding Creator and Ambassador status is granted by the rules on the pricing and referral pages (a Founding number is assigned when your page is approved and goes live) and cannot be bought or transferred. Fraudulent referrals or claims void the status.
• Any future paid placement will be labelled “Sponsored” and delivered as agreed; undelivered impressions are refunded or extended.
